The Rationale
There are a lot of shady marketing tactics out there and, while they may be effective, they just don’t sit right with me. I created the marketing roadmap to support service providers who are focused on the long game. On consistently serving their ideal clients and supporting them until they’re ready to take the next step and book a sales call or make a purchase. I knew that I wouldn’t feel good working within a typical funnel framework that promotes false urgency, overly inflated value stacks, and weird bonus structures – so I created the marketing roadmap to separate myself from that world. Is it still a funnel? Maybe. But I feel a whole lot better about the Marketing Roadmap.

I'm a Philadelphia marketing strategist and ethical copywriter –  And I’m obsessed with market research. I want to know everything about everyone all of the time – but being nosy doesn’t exactly pay the bills.

I created the Marketing Roadmap™ because I was tired of being on the receiving end of tone deaf email sequences and sales funnels that left me feeling abandoned after whatever promo I signed up for had passed.

I wanted to create (and receive) valuable and supportive content that knocks readers socks off – and I wanted to have the research and data to back it up.

Wait, so what are you?

I’m a little bit of everything! I have a strong research background from undergrad and an MS in strategic marketing and advertising. I love to write and I’m kind of a tech wiz when it comes to marketing operations. I occasionally bring on help to support design and implementation but at the end of the day, I’m a customer journey strategist here to help you help your people!

What if I don’t need research?

Then you probably need to find another strategist! Market research and consumer insights are the backbone to everything that I do, and nothing grinds my gears more than having a question that the data won’t answer. If research isn’t your thing – that’s totally fine! But I’m probably not the gal for you.

What’s this whole ethical marketing thing about anyway?

Ever on a mission to grow and educate myself in my field, I’m currently enrolled in a trauma informed entrepreneurship and human first business certification. What this means is that I’m doing The Most that I can to do the least harm in my own business practices and in the marketing materials and strategies I provide to my clients. It’s a journey that I’m very much in the early stages of, but if you want to learn more about my experience, I have a whole blog category dedicated to it!

Can I hire you for something else?

Right now the best way to work with me is through the Marketing Roadtrip Intensive. If you are at an earlier stage of your business or are looking for a consultation, I offer power hours and VIP days on a limited basis. I will occasionally open up other opportunities to work with me for sales or website copy, and the best place to hear about those openings is on my email list.
